Eating out in Salema, by Rick Steves (USA Travel Guide Book)

Fresh seafood, eternally. Salema has six or eight places to eat. Happily, those that face the beach are the most fun with the best service, food, and atmosphere. I like the Atlantico — big, busy, right on the beach, and especially atmospheric when the electricity goes out and faces flicker around candles. Run by the Duarte clan, the service is friendly. Consider taking your dessert wine or coffee to the beach for some stardust.
